Life: Unscripted

ADA: Mommy, guess what?!
-
ADA: I'm a pirate! Look at me!

MOMMY: Honey, where did you get that?
-
ADA: I find it!

BENJAMIN: Don't look at me, Mom. I had nothing to do with this. Sorry, sis, you're on your own for this one!

My Big Sister -- by Benjamin

My big sister takes very good care of me!
When I am upset she comes and plays with me to cheer me up!
-
And when I am lonely, she sits and holds my hand.
-
When I am bored, she always shares her toys with me.
-
I can't talk yet, but when I can I'm going to tell her that she is a great big sister!

Playtime with new friends

Last week I had a really fun time playing with some new friends!
-
This is E, doesn't he have beautiful blue eyes?
-
This is J, we had a lot of fun playing cars and legos together!
-
So much fun in fact, that we were both worn out!

Fond Memories of the Zoo

I enjoyed the zoo so much last week,
that Mommy & I went back this week.
This time I went prepared with a swimsuit, and snacks,
and best of all we recruited some friends to come with us!
Here are some pictures of our day:
-

We got to see all my favorite animals too!
It was a really fun day!

Guess where we went yesterday ...

the ZOO!
-
We saw the orangatang (or as I call him, the "funny guy!")

He was very funny!
-
Benjamin was uninterested in the animals...
he preferred to sleep in the shade.

I couldn't get enough of them!
-
The giraffe is definitely one of my current favorites!
-
This is me being a giraffe!
-
Benjamin was not impressed.

Another one of my favorite is the "Nakes" which are otherwise known as snakes.
Daddy & I share a great love for them.
Mommy does not.
We'll see which side Benjamin is on ...

When we got there we found out that they had "Splash and Slide"set up at the zoo!
-
I have a funny pet peeve about my shirt being wet, so
Daddy let me take off my shirt -- much to my mother's chagrin!
-
But, you can't be ladylike all the time!
Besides, Mommy felt better when she saw kids older than me in just a pull-up!

sleepy head ...

After a long day of swimming at the YMCA,
I was too tired for supper!
Daddy believes that in this age of technology, it is never too early to learn to use the computer!
-
I think Benjamin is excited to get started!
-
Or maybe he is already a little overwhelmed ...

All Ready To Go To Church ...

Oops, I forgot my shoes!
