I love helping Mommy in the kitchen.

Sometimes I help with baking bread.

My favorite is to help her bake cookies.

The other day we made no-bakes.

"Hmmm ... this is fun!"

We took some to Daddy on his work break!

Then I got to have one too!

Or, in my case, a cozy chair!

I really love books.

I am very content these days to sit and "read" to myself.

In fact, I am so interested in reading,

that Mommy and I have started having "school time" each day.

I'm learning the letters of the alphabet and the sound each one makes.

I have a fun book that has activities for each letter --

I love it!

We work on other things too.

I'm really good at my colors and pretty good

at my numbers 1-15.

I love "school time" and look forward to it every day!

This time I got to see my friend William!

My goodness! He is so handsome & has grown so much in the last few months!

It was great to see him again!

He was pretty wide-eyed at all the animals & excitement!

I got to try my first funnel cake & corn dog at the fair today!

I enjoyed them both immensely ...

and I was covered in powdered sugar to prove it!
