Blossoms and Beaches and Mountains! Oh My!

One of my favorite things we saw in Seattle were the cherry blossoms in bloom!

Aren't they pretty?

Of course, it helped that there were lots of other kids and friendly dogs out looking at the blossoms too!

-

Of course, Seattle also has a lovely coastline

which Anya was kind enough to model for us!

-

And breathtaking mountain vistas as well!

-

So, if you have time, I recommend going to Seattle to see all the lovely sights!

You will have a great time!

(Although it does help to have such beautiful little girls to pose in your photos!)

Tulip Fields

So, while we were in Seattle we visited these tulip fields.

-

Anya thought they were pretty fun!

-

But, I wasn't sure what to make of it all at first.

-

It turned out to be really fun!

-

I liked looking at the different colors of tulips.

-

And it was a nice day to spend with family.

-

But, I wasn't very interested in smiling for photos.

There was too much to explore!

-

We even got to take a tractor ride.

Ok, it may not look like it here,

but we kids did enjoy it!

-

We had a great day!

I had a great time recently at the Seattle Zoo!

We enjoyed the animals. As you can see they were very friendly!

Caleb had fun too!

Daddy and I got a ride!

I wasn't quite sure what to make of this little guy!

Mommy and I enjoyed a hug in the beautiful tulip felids!

It was a great day!

Meet the Cousins

This is Cousin Anya. She is really cute, isn't she?

And here i am hanging out on the back deck with Cousin Caleb.

I had a lot of fun last week

playing with my cousin Patrick

in Grammies big back yard!

We found a house!

Well, my sincere apologies for my delinquency on the blog...

you see, after we made it to America safe and sound,

things got a bit hectic!

-

First, we all got really bad colds...

then we had a busy family Easter weekend,

then Mommy and Daddy went on a house hunt!

-

But, this is what they found...

a 3 bedroom/2bath near Grammie and Gramps.

Welcome to our house!

The door is open, come on in!

So, the front of the house needs some landscaping...

anyone want to come over and help out?

Mommy wants to plant some azeleas.

Mommy really loves it!

The kitchen/living/dining area is all very open and bright.

To his right is a big fig tree!

He is so excited about that!

We are all so excited about the house.

For once, the economic situation is working in our favor.

Right now rent is more than mortgage payments in MS.

So, everything worked out for us to get this place.

We are so grateful!

It has so much room to run around!

I can't wait to play in the backyard too!

Safe and Sound

Just wanted to let everyone know that we are safe and sound at Grammie and Gramps' house. We had a great trip. I enjoyed every bit of the first flight-- making friends on the airplane, reading books, playing with stickers, looking out the window etc. On the second flight I just decided to sleep most of the way, which my parents really appreciated.

We are all catching up on sleep right now. My days and nights are a little off. I woke up at 3:00 a.m. and wanted to play this morning. But, eventually we will get things sorted out!

I will post some pictures today or tomorrow! Thanks everybody for praying for us!
